1. About Hookoom
Hookoom is a pre-launch hospitality platform being developed by Hookoom Pvt. Ltd., India ("Company", "we", "us"). The platform will allow travellers to discover and book hotels using real, recent guest photos (ReviewReels) and earn a commission when other travellers book through their content.
As of the effective date of these Terms, Hookoom is not yet operational. This website serves exclusively as a pre-launch registration and information resource.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Hookoom website or registering your contact details (WhatsApp number or email), you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
- You agree to be bound by these terms.
3. Pre-Launch Registration
3.1 WhatsApp Community
By entering your WhatsApp number and joining our community, you consent to receiving updates about Hookoom's launch, features, and early access offers via WhatsApp. You may opt out at any time by sending "STOP" to any message or leaving the WhatsApp group.
3.2 Email Waitlist
By entering your email address, you consent to receiving a launch notification email from Hookoom. We will not use your email for ongoing marketing without your explicit further consent. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
3.3 No Guarantee of Priority Access
While we endeavour to give early registrants priority access at launch, we cannot guarantee specific order or timing of access. Early registration does not constitute a contract or create any financial obligation on either party.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Hookoom Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written permission from us.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use this website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
