What you saw in my video is the actual room in normal lighting, zero staging. I never turn on all lights to fake brightness or use wide-angle to make rooms look bigger. That room walkthrough at 0:18 is exactly what you'll walk into. The OTA photos do look slightly brighter, they used a wide lens, room is same size but feels smaller in person.
